
Mandie Dovey, BS
Assistant Director/ Program Coordinator

As Assistant Director Mandie is responsible
for supporting the mission of the BOCES and acting on behalf
of the BOCES in the absence of the Director. As Program
Coordinator Mandie manages all the Western Wyoming Community
College Programs. She is responsible for all student support
services and overseeing community non-credit programs
Mandie was
born and raised in Kemmerer and has been married to Brett,
an Instrument Technician/Electrician at Williams, for 13
years and they have two smart, funny and beautiful
daughters, Jori Michelle, 12 and Allie Lynn, 10.
They moved to
Laramie in 2001. While there Mandie attended Laramie County
Community College and received her Associates of Science in
Business Administration. She then enrolled at the
University of Wyoming attending full-time, working full-time
and playing rugby for the University, a tough, hectic but
rewarding 2 years. In 2004, Mandie graduated with a
Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. The Dovey
family moved back to Kemmerer in 2007; Brett was presented
with a great opportunity of working at Williams.
Mandie says
that she is very excited about her new position here at the
outreach, as a non-traditional student herself, she
understands the unique challenges that students face. Mandie
looks forward to assisting students in their educational
endeavors.

BOCES Director
Heidi Lively, MA

Heidi is responsible for all programs and
activities
for the BOCES. Currently this includes overseeing degree programs
for Western Wyoming Community College and the University of Wyoming. She is also responsible
for overseeing Student Services, Financial Aid, Academic Advising, Student Assessments and GED Testing. Heidi
is the Director of the Oyster Ridge Music Festival
Coordinating Committee and this award winning Festival is
one of many Community Enrichment events she is involved in
bringing to Kemmerer. Heidi is currently serving on the
Board of the Wyoming Lifelong Learning Association, (WLLA),
and the Kemmerer Rotary Club. She is also an active member
of the Mountain Plains Adult Education Association,(MPAEA),
and the Learning Resources Network,(LERN). Heidi is a
lifelong resident of this community and is dedicated to
continuing to provide the kind top notch educational
opportunities that were available to her as she grew up
here. Heidi has completed a Masters Degree
in Adult Education from the University of Wyoming.

Julie Robinson, AA
Program Assistant

Julie is the Program Assistant for the Kemmerer Outreach.
She was raised as a South Dakota native and has resided in Kemmerer
for 12 years as of September 2005. Julie has her Associates Degree
from Western Wyoming College. As the mother of four boys, and
wife to a local Dentist, she finds life very hectic and adventuresome.
They love being in Kemmerer and are very active in the Community.
Julie states "I love working with the community in pursuing
their education and it makes me proud of each of their accomplishments
as they make one step closer to their goal." She would be
happy to help anyone on their way to a great adventure on their
Educational voyage.

Shar Muller:
Technology Center Daytime Supervisor
Shar is responsible for directing and
managing the day to day activities of the BOCES supervised
Kemmerer High School Technology Center. These
responsibilities include scheduling, maintaining an academic
environment and keeping the technology functioning and up to
date. She also supervises the facilitators who run the WWCC
evening distance classes and the BOCES personnel who keep
the facilities open for the public in the evening. |
